doze — online return policy

final sale items cannot be exchanged or returned. orders cannot be modified once placed.

this return policy applies to orders placed on the doze website.

our goal is to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. if you are not completely satisfied with your order, we are happy to accept a return and issue a refund in accordance with the policy below.

unless a longer period is required by applicable law, items must be shipped back to us within 14 days of the delivery date.


return eligibility

to qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • the item has not been worn, used, washed, altered, or damaged

  • any original tags or identification labels are still attached

  • the item is returned in its original packaging

if these conditions are not met, the return may not be accepted.


non-returnable items

unless the item is defective, the following products cannot be returned:

  • items that are sealed for hygiene reasons and have been opened, such as underwear or swimwear

  • items marked “final sale” on the doze website

  • items that are custom-made or personalized


how to initiate a return

to start a return, please contact doze customer care.

if a prepaid return label is provided with your order, please use it and drop off your package at the indicated carrier location.

return processing

once your return arrives at our warehouse, it will typically be processed within 5–7 business days.

please note that processing times may be longer during peak periods.

if your return does not meet the requirements of this return policy, the item may be sent back to you and a refund will not be issued.


refunds

once your return has been approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

depending on your financial institution, it may take 3–7 additional business days for the refund to appear on your account.

shipping charges paid during checkout are non-refundable, unless required by applicable law.


gift cards

doze gift cards:

  • are not redeemable for cash

  • are valid only in the country of purchase

  • cannot be replaced if lost or stolen
